All you need to do is lay down, set the scene by maybe lighting some incense, playing some relaxing music and dimming the lights.  Then get yourself comfortable and be open to receive distant Reiki healing sent every Tuesday at 9.00pm for 30mins.  ​​

 

Most people are slowing down this time in the evening.  What a nice way to slip into some well deserved relaxation to kick start your body to healing itself naturally.
