Beach Meditation

We welcome you to join us at Holland on Sea Beach, Essex for a meditation session. Please bring headphones in case of a windy day so you can listen to a meditation we prepare for you at the beach.

Please bring yoga mat or beach chair to relax in and relevant English weather clothing. A cuppa and a snack in the beach hut will be available after.
